Introducing our founder and principal nutritional therapist, Jane Hickey
Is now the time in your busy life for you to prioritise your health?
I can help you to refine your knowledge about lifestyle choices that work for your wellbeing, with the benefit of personalised insights and a plan with support and guidance for clear actions to meet your wellness goals.
My focus is supporting digestive conditions and stress management
Digestive health and emotional wellbeing are intricately linked by the gut-brain axis.
If you know that you have been taking care of yourself but somehow something's still not quite right, a nutrition plan may be the missing piece of the puzzle. Maybe you're just not sure where to start, to sort out the concerns that you're no longer willing to dismiss. Or it could be that everything you've tried hasn't really helped.
A 1-2-1 nutrition programme gives you the outside perspective on what's happening inside your body, with the clear actions based on accurate information, to support your health.
Options within my programmes include:
DNAlife™ test profiles, for insights into your genetic strengths and vulnerabilities
A medical grade Firstbeat™ heart rate variability wearable for the scientific real time data to track your stress responses, recovery and sleep
The G.E.M.M. (Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation) protocol developed in Australia, to restore gut health
A range of Functional Medicine tests
I specialise in 1-2-1 programmes for
