  • Jane is so lovely, helpful, and is very knowledgeable in what she does. I asked for help as I can't be calm around food due to food cravings. I used to feel hungry nearly all the time, even after having a meal. Sometimes it was a real hunger, but it was mostly cravings. It's been only a week since I started Jane's program, but I'm already seeing a lot of difference! I couldn't believe how what you eat can reduce food cravings. I love cream cakes and biscuits, so I used to have sweet things several times a day, but I haven't had any of those for a week and I feel quite calm about it. Jane made me feel comfortable by saying I don't have to give up my cakes, which I wasn't expecting her to say! I now feel that I can enjoy cakes as treats when I want to, rather than feeling I need to have more of it. I feel quite confident that I can carry on with this diet. I had forgotten how good smoothies and brown variety of foods were! I can't thank her enough for improving my diet whilst still enjoying food. Thank you!

  • I feel more optimistic about my health going forward, as I know how to improve it from a nutritional standpoint. The impact of Jane’s advice and recommendations exceeded all my expectations, leading to a vast improvement in mood stabilisation and increase in energy levels, all contributed by nutrition! Jane’s support has had such a profound and positive impact in my life. I’d highly recommend her services to anyone seeking to improve their health. When I reflect on this I have no doubt this relates to Jane’s attention to detail considering my needs and creating a specific plan. I think what I have found to be most useful is Jane’s attentiveness and ongoing support during the programme.

DNA Panel:

An accessible DNA test spotlights your unique DNA for the insights into actions that you can take to optimise your health. DNAlife panels includes only genes relevant to health and known to respond to your environment (food and lifestyle). A DNAlife panel identifies your body’s specific genetic strengths and your body’s specific vulnerabilities in identified areas of health, so that you can take the food and lifestyle actions to help your body work well for your optimal health.

Individual DNAlife panels collate relevant genes for specific areas of health. The flagship Core panel combines three panels (Health, Diet and Sport) into one comprehensive overview, for a powerful foundation to develop a focussed action plan to help you to reach your highly personalised health goals.

A Biofeedback Wearable:

The clinical grade Firstbeat Life™ device uses gold standard technology to measure your physiological responses. Your data is analysed in real time, to assess your stress, recovery, sleep and fitness level.

With expert guidance your complex physiological data is translated into clear and realistic action points for a personalised focus in your wellness pathway, to improve your restorative sleep, fitness level and stress management for your optimal health.

FAQ’S

  • The DNA test kit is sent to you at home for a simple pin prick blood sample, which is then sent securely by courier to the laboratory for analysis.

  • The DNAlife Core panel has been developed to combines the valuable insights of three separate panels (Health, Diet and Sport) for a single and comprehensive overview of important areas of health. The gene variants analysed are all based on a robust scientific evidence base, relevant to health outcomes and actionable for improved health outcomes.

  • The Firstbeat monitor is a medical grade wearable device to track your stress, sleep and exercise. Once your device is paired with the app you’ve installed in your phone, the device is ready to go. Data is stored and presented in a graph to show how your responses, with supporting information to help you improve your wellbeing.

  • Heart rate variability (HRV) is detected in measurements of milliseconds. These tiny fluctuations in the interval between heart beats are an indicator of a person’s ability to adapt to change. A high HRV is normally a sign that a person can adapt to many changes, an indicator of managing stress responses well. A low HRV can be improved with a range of practical strategies and techniques to support recovery and resilience.
