This flexible six step pathway is designed to give you the opportunity to set the pace that works for you. The twelve week timeline between the first and last session creates the time to follow up the biofeedback data. However, within this timeline, you may choose the frequency of your other sessions.

  • Jane is so lovely, helpful, and is very knowledgeable in what she does. I asked for help as I can't be calm around food due to food cravings.
